First there will be an Assessment by registered Physiotherapist. Your Physiotherapist will determine if you would benefit from Rehab Pilates and will create a treatment plan outlining your goals, recommended number of sessions, and when to be re-assessed.

3) Does my insurance cover Rehab Pilates?

Yes, your Physiotherapy benefits may cover Rehab Pilates. As a registered Physiotherapist and Certified Pilates Therapist – Reformer, all treatment sessions may be eligible for coverage under your insurance, however please be sure to check your benefit plan for exact coverage details.
