Over the years, Ami discovered a special interest in supporting women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. Motivated to deepen her expertise, she pursued specialized training in pelvic health and successfully completed Level 1: The Physical Therapy Approach to Anyone Experiencing Urinary Incontinence and Level 2: The Role of Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Anyone Experiencing Pelvic Pain Through a Trauma-Informed Lens in 2022.
Recently, in 2025, Ami expanded her scope of practice by earning certification in acupuncture. In addition to pelvic health, she also treats sports injuries, concussion rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, providing comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s needs.Her approach focuses on identifying the root cause of each concern to provide long-term relief, injury prevention, and sustainable lifestyle modifications. Ami strives to deliver high-quality, compassionate care using advanced and effective treatment techniques tailored to each individual.
Outside of her professional life, Ami enjoys drawing nature-inspired artwork, walking by the lakes, staying active through exercise, and visiting zoos.
